Reactive mesenteric lymphadenopathy	Surrounding hyperenhancing lymph nodes typically measuring 3-8 mm in size
Active inflammation marker
Fat stranding	Increased attenaution of the surrunding mesenteric fat
Active inflammation marker
Fibrofatty proliferation
aka, creeping fat or fat wrapping
Asymmetric proliferation of fat usually along the mesnteric border (almost exclusively seen in Crohn’s)
Chronic/inactive inflammation marker
Engorged vasa recta “comb sign”	Vascular engorgement on the mesenteric side with a linear appearance resembling the teeth of a hair comb
Active inflammation marker
Bilaminar stratification	Mucosal enhacement (hyperattenuating)

II. Bowel wall changes

Bowel wall thickening: Small bowel wall thickness > 3 mm
Loss of mural stratification
Permanent structural changes
