![A case of a progressive non-healing ulcer of the foot following a history of trauma 6 months back. The patient had a remote history of Hansen’s disease in 1998 which completed the treatment course in 2000.

Clinical image on the left demonstrates geographical cutaneous and subcutaneous ulceration involving the plantar aspect of the hindfoot and the forefoot, including the greater toe. X-ray of the foot resembles a characteristic licked candy appearance of the forefoot involving the distal metatarsals and the phalanges.
